What JDY’s Relocation does:
Specialized in Identifying and securing temporary good quality accommodation for professionals, businesses and contractors that are traveling for a short and long term throughout the UK by sourcing the properties, negotiating the contracts with the letting agents and the landlords, managing the properties and maintaining them in partnership with the agents/landlords
JDY’s relocation can provide single rooms, shared flats or whole houses within the UK for a few days, weeks, months or even a few years. Our main aim is to offer an enjoyable experience of ‘from home to home’ for travellers who need to live away from home on a temporary and/or an ongoing basis.
All properties provided by JDY’s Relocation are all fully furnished and provided with everything that is needed to feel at home. There is a professional cleaning service for the accommodation every week, including changing the linen.

Working together with Agents:
JDY’s Relocation is looking to work in partnership with Lettings and Estate Agents to rent apartments, and houses on a long-term basis. We are intending to engage with Agents to build a long-term partnership and relationships to provide suitable properties for our corporate customers including IT contractors, project managers, medical staff, and site managers, engineers, quantity surveyors, etc.
Our corporate customers need to accommodate their staff or themselves on long-term projects.
We offer a hassle-free long-term management fees to the Agents without managing the properties.
